Join us in transforming lives. Discover how you can support our mission to eliminate homelessness among veterans.
In the quiet moments after their service ends, too many of our military veterans find themselves fighting a different kind of war—a battle against trauma, despair, and displacement. It is a sobering truth that those who once stood as the shield for our freedom are now among the most vulnerable, with thousands of veterans across Minnesota facing the unrelenting challenges of being unhoused.
Their plight is not a failure of courage; it is a failure of support—both nationally and locally. While the military excels at transforming civilians into soldiers, it does little to help them reintegrate into civilian life. This gap leaves many veterans to navigate unprocessed trauma, post-traumatic stress, and the remnants of combat conditioning alone, leading to addiction, fractured relationships, unemployment, and homelessness.
Central to this effort is our partnership with The Antidote, a veteran-owned organization specializing in military and combat-related trauma. Their evidence-based, 3-Phase, 12-week trauma recovery immersion program addresses the unique challenges veterans face—including homelessness. This program provides what the military never offers: a comprehensive restart, reset, and refocus for civilian life. The outcomes are transformative, impacting veterans' happiness, health, wealth, career, and relationships.
Unwinding survival-based patterns and combat conditioning, veterans embrace new, life-affirming mindsets.
Deep trauma recovery reconnects participants with themselves, addressing the guilt, shame, and grief that hold them back.
From hypervigilance and emotional reactivity to calm, resilience, and focus—laying the foundation for healing.
Graduates emerge equipped with practical tools and renewed hope, ready to rebuild their lives, secure stable housing, and rejoin the workforce with confidence.
